Original Milburn 4ply is a more tweedy, bouncy version Eden Cottage’s ‘new’ Milburn 4ply which has more drape.
This beautiful British Superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool is blended with 15% silk to create a 4ply yarn ideal for a wide range of projects. The silk gives it a slightly tweedy look (both versions), and the colours, carefully designed here at ECY are aimed to work together as well as on their own.

As this yarn is hand dyed, no two skeins are exactly alike. Colours are dyed and will always be loaded to this website in batches. It is recommended buying enough yarn to complete a project and to alternate skeins every few rows to give an overall blended effect.
