Opal Schafpate 15 is a soft 4ply from the Schafpate sheep from the Saxony area of Germany.
Like many of the Opal shade ranges, this is a limited edition… once it’s gone it’s gone.

Sock yarns are wonderfully versatile and are the perfect choice for knitting mittens, gloves and hats as well as socks.

Characteristics:

Soft and absorbent | Skin friendly | Hard wearing | Non-felting | Non-shrinking | Highly economical in use (due to extra length)
– One ball is enough to make an adult size pair of socks or a scarf
