This asymmetrical shawl explores the wonders of garter stitch. This simple stitch, all beginning knitters learn, changes in each section to give different and interesting textures.
There is a stitch count given at the end of each section but it really does not matter if you miss an increase or decrease along the way.
None of the texture sections will matter if your stitch count is slightly off, so just relax and enjoy the knitting and forget the numbers!
